Business center is located at Poligona District, in the Eastern part of the capital Sofia, next to the biggest boulevard Tzarigradsko chausse, which is also one of the most important entrances and exits of the city. The building consists of 10 floors with a basement. It is energy effective and reliably insulated. The roofs are planned as usable terraces with greenery, south directed and looking at the mountain. There will be structural glazing, stone tiling and covering with aluminum panels. The windows of aluminum have a double thermal bridge.
