Eagle Lodge is a three-wing apartment-type complex corresponding to a high class holiday property.  The complex is developed on a plot of over 3600sqm in the southern part of the town, in typical Bansko architecture, stone and wood on outer walls.  The most important feature of Eagle Lodge is the stunning view to the mountains in all directions.

Eagle Lodge is located in Bansko, just a 10min walk from the Gondola lift, in a very pleasant and quiet area.  Nestled between Pirin, Rila and Rodope mountain ranges, Bansko is located at the foothills of Pirin mountain listed in The World Register of Natural Heritage - UNESCO.  Bansko is situated in the south-west part of Bulgaria, 160 km. (90 miles) from Sofia airport. The distance to Skopie airport in Macedonia is only 113 km. The ski resort is 350 km. from The Black Sea (Bulgaria) and just 250 km. from The Aegean sea (Greece). Therefore it is very convenient for multi-choice holidays for both the mountains and the seaside. 

PAYMENT PLAN

Once you have chosen your desired apartment, please request a reservation form.  You will be asked to pay ?1,000 (approx. ?750) to reserve your apartment for 30 days to allow contracts of sale to be signed and returned to the developer.

The buyers will be required to pay the price in 3 instalments, however, you may wish to bring payments forward if you wish:

30% when SIGNING THE PRELIMINARY CONTRACT (less EURO 1000 reservation fee)

40% when THE ROOF LEVEL IS BUILT

30% when ACQUIRING THE OWNERSHIP with clear title (approx. May 2006)

WINTER ACTIVITIES

Pirin offers over 15 tracks and runs for all types of skiers, from the beginners to the experts and extreme?s seekers, the total track length is 55 km. with plans for it to extended to 75 km. by 2006.

A gondola lift provides for convenient access from the town to the ski slopes. Bansko hosts many National and International competitions during the winter:
