Elegance Holiday Complex is a brand new luxurious development of semi-detached houses ideally located in the small seaside resort of St. Vlas within a minute walking to the beach. The Elegance Holiday Complex comprises of 34 houses (2 and 3 storeyed) all boasting a spectacular sea view. On the first floor of each house there is a spacious reception/dining room with a
modern open-plan kitchenette and a bathroom. Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the second floor reached by internal staircase. The 3-storeyed properties boast another spacious bedroom with an en-suite on the third floor and additional terrace facing south. The properties will benefit also from double-glazed windows, air-conditioning, terracotta tiling on the first floor and parquet floors in the bedrooms. The houses could be individually furnished with our full assistance.
A 1 car parking space is available next to each one of the houses.
A large swimming pool will be built and a garden will be shaped to the highest standards.
The owners of properties in Elegance Complex will pay annual maintenance fee which will cover the maintenance and lighting
of the area, maintenance of the swimming pool, of the garden
areas, 24 hours security services and use of the swimming pool. The annual fee will be approximately £350.
Being extremely luxurious, with an uninterrupted sea view, these houses will be ideal for holidays, permanent living or renting out
to guests from Bulgaria and abroad.
The complex will be completely finished in 18 working months
(start in September 2004). According to the recent construction restrictions in the Bulgarian resort areas the months from June
to September are non-working for builders.

The payment is set in 5 installments as follows:
- 1st installment - 20 % of the price is due with the signing of the preliminary contract for sale
- 2nd installment – 25% of the price in 5 months after signing of the preliminary contract
- 3rd installment - 30 % of the price in 3 months after the second installment
- 4th installment – 15% of the price in 3 months after the third installment
- 5th installment – 10% of the price is due with the transfer of ownership
After receiving your 1st installment, the chosen house will be stopped immediately from the market and reserved for you.
