Real estate investment trust FairPlay Properties will be listed on the unofficial segment of the Bulgarian bourse on Mon, May 22. The company will raise capital to 25.35 mln levs through the issue of 24.7 mln new shares with nominal and issue price of 1 lev. The minimum subscription target is 10 mln shares. FairPlay Properties, co-owned by property developer FairPlay International (51%) and Capman Capital AD (30%), will seek shareholder approval at a June 6 general meeting for the issue of bonds.
