         LOCATION
Brand new modern building, located in Studentski Grad with a splendid view to Vitosha mountain. Thermo- and hydroinsualtion 
Three chamber PVC joinery;
Facade - mineral plaster and facade of "suspended: type, executed with ceramic tiles; 
Parapet of the terraces - metal, corresponding to the complete architectural outlook and with a height of 1.20 m;

Residential sections 
Central heating installation with separate  stations for each section and one for the commercial centre; distributing collector panels for individual reading of the real consumption in each apartment, as well as heating meter installed in the corridor of each;
heating units - aluminum radiators; 
option for air-conditioning through multi split system; 

Commercial centre
central air-conditioning installation of water type, with two-pipes system and switching over of the regimes heating/cooling; 
ventilation convector in the suspended ceiling of the shop. 

Water andf sewerage system
Water and sewerage installation consists of piped of the famous brand PIPE Industrial Bulgaria. Each entrance has its own independent system with vertical pipes in the staircase cage, as in the apartments there aren't common installations; The pipes of the sewerage are of  the same brand PIPE Industrial Bulgaria.
The hot water is supplied all year by heating systems connected to the central heating, separate for each entrance. The water-meters are read digitally, without necessity for givimg access to the apartments. 

Electrical installation
In each apartment is projected and installed electrical board, from which are feededall electrical consumers. In each apartment are provided plugs with a particular and  common function: 
-plugs for cleaning  - installed around the doors,
-plugs for night lamp - installed at the night tables,
-plugs for cooker and absorber,
-plugs for fridge,
-plugs for washing-machine, dish-washer, etc.

Phone and TV installation
In each entrance is provided separate distributing cupboard with vertical structure of cabels of communication category 5 and horizontal installation to the subscription points, which allows usage of all kind contemporary telecommunication services - phone, Internet, etc. The TV installation for the apartments is done entirely - from the incoming cupboard to each subscriber.   

Electric-bell and Intercom wiring - The system ensures secure access to each of teh apartments. For each entrance is constructed  electric-bell and Intercom wiring - Intercom board, intercoms for each apartments and  entrance electric locks. 

Security systems
All security systems as: fire-precaution, alarm system, videomonitring and others are subject to company project. 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
30% at signing of the Preliminary contract;
30% at completion of the slate of the particular apartment;
20% at installations for the particular apartment; 
10% at Act 15
10% at Рђct 16 /Use Permission of the building/
