With 13 percent have fallen prime rents offices in Sofia for 12 months
Premium rents office space in Sofia reported a decline of 13.2 percent over the past 12 months to the end of the first quarter of 2010, according to a new report.
According to him, for the period from January to March, rents fell by 1.7 percent and are now an average 14.75 euros per square meter per month.

The yield of office space in the capital for the period was 10%, which remains the highest in the EU and is comparable with countries outside the bloc as Serbia.
At the end of 2009 rental rates were on average 15 euros per square meter, a drop last year was 12%.
Recently, Forton International announced expectations that the share of vacant office space can reach 25-30% by the end of 2010 due to new projects that go on the market and still weak demand.
According to a report of another consulting company, Elta Consult, published yesterday, by the end of 2012 the volume of office space in Sofia could reach 2 million square meters by the end of 2012
