The holiday village, which is situated adjacent to Forest Nook 1 features 17 chalets with gardens measuring approximately 250 square metres in total. On the ground floor the accommodation comprises a modern fitted kitchen area and open plan living / dining room with log burning feature fireplace, electric radiator centralheating system, and an attractive wooden staircase rises to the first floor accommodation. PAYMENT TERMS:
- 30% is paid at the commencement of the chalet construction.
- 20% is paid at the completion of the first floor level.
- 30% is paid at the completion of the second floor level including the chalet roof.
- 20% is paid on completion of the chalet and the total site - at which point the ownership of the land and the chalet will be transferred to the buyer.
The VAT element is to be paid with each scheduled payment.

HOW TO RESERVE A CHALET:
To reserve your chalet a deposit of 2000 Euro is required. A Deposit Contract is signed as a proof of the payment. At this point your mountain chalet will be removed from the market. This amount of money is deducted from the final scheduled payment when a Ownership Contract for the purchase of the chalet is signed with Imoti BG Ltd.
