Residential real estate in Turkey rose slightly in some cities


Residential property prices in Turkey started to grow slowly in some cities, although in some places not yet reached the bottom of the market, according to recent industry data cited by Property Wire. According to the monthly index of housing prices Reidin in Turkey, which is considered one of the most reliable measures of market prices in March rose 0.26 percent compared to February in Adana, with 0.36 percent in Ankara, with 0.55 % in Bursa, with 0.53 percent in Istanbul and 0.06% in Kocaeli. However, the index that includes seven major cities across the country and its 71 neighborhoods, a decrease of prices by 0.12% in Antalya and Izmir 0.05% in the month. Residential rents increased by 1.11% in Adana, Antalya at 0.66%, 0.3% in Istanbul, Izmir 0.42% and 0.12% in Kocaeli, but decreased by 0.68% in Bursa and no change in Ankara in March, according to another index.
