At least 5 gated holiday villages are currently under construction on Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast, it emerged at the Imoti Expo exhibition that wrapped up in Sofia last week.

Cypriot-owned Pioneer Investment is building the 45 mln euro, 800-unit Emerald complex on a 5.0 ha site south of Ravda.

Oasis VIP Homes is a 350-unit holiday complex financed by Cypriot firm Interbuild and located near the village of Lozenets.

Galaxy Property is building the 500-unit Royal Garden community in the Slanchev Bryag resort.
