New eco-settlement and sport hotel at the Batak dam; the hotel shall be located just next to the dam’s water, 3 kilometres away from the centre of Batak and 7 kilometres away from the area of Tsigov Tchark. The advantage of the forthcoming investment is the construction of a complex of separate houses next to a sport hotel complex, which, in the near future, will be the only one of its kind in the region. The eco-settlement will be constructed by means of an entirely new technology – ferro-concrete construction, visible stone masonry, visible wooden roof construction. Mainly natural materials will be used.
